Medical organizations like The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Academy of Pediatrics recommend that you stop using cannabis if you’re pregnant or breast/chestfeeding. There are still many unknowns about the short- and long-term effects of cannabis during and after pregnancy for you and your baby.
